Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Please note the following:
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, except in cases of:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent due to our error
Product Exchanges
We do accept product exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs for the new item apply unless the free shipping threshold is met.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the item. Replacements or corrections will be made free of charge.

The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping details (address, phone number, etc.).
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for losses due to incorrect shipping information.
All goods remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
